There are 3,000 free McDonald’s Christmas jumpers up for grabs

Kicking off the festive season, fast food giant McDonald’s is giving away 3,000 Christmas jumpers for free. The jumpers are navy blue in colour, and feature a cross-stitch design of a reindeer, as well as carrots, Big Macs and McDonald’s branded chips. The jumpers come in three sizes - medium, large, and extra large. How to get one If you’re keen to get your hands on an exclusive McDonald’s Christmas jumper, then all you need to do is head to the dedicated website, called Let’s Get Reindeer Ready. You’re asked to choose your country of residence - either the UK or Republic of Ireland - and to fill out some personal details, such as: Your nameEmail addressPhone numberHome addressThe size of jumper you want When that’s done, all you need to do is hit ‘submit your details’ at the bottom of the page and you’re entered into the prize draw. Who is allowed to enter? The competition is open to residents in the UK and Republic of Ireland that are aged 18 and over. It is free to enter, with no purchase necessary. McDonald’s employees, and their immediate families, are not permitted to enter the competition. When do the prize draws take place? In the UK, there are five draw sets, with each draw opening and closing at a different date. You are only allowed to enter once per draw. The current draw opened at midnight on 20 November, and will close at 11:59pm on 24 November. These are the times of the following draws: Opens at midnight on 25 November and closes at 11:59 on 1 DecemberOpens at midnight on 2 December and closes at 11:59pm on 8 DecemberOpens at midnight on 9 December and closes at 11:59pm on 15 December The winners will then be selected within 24 hours of each closing date. The prize will be automatically sent to the winner at the postal address provided - however, winners will not be notified in advance. The final draw will take place on 15 December, but if you still haven’t bagged yourself a jumper by then, then don’t worry - everyone who enters the competition and doesn’t win a jumper is automatically entered into a draw for an exclusive McDonald’s Christmas bauble. The bauble prize draw will be drawn on 16 December, with 2,576 McDonald’s Christmas baubles up for grabs in the UK, and 488 baubles in ROI.
