This video taken from a passing vehicle shows a heavy police presence on Staniforth Road, Sheffield.
The footage shows a number of police vehicles, including marked and unmarked cars, as well as a number of police officers at the junction of Staniforth Road and Kirby Close in Darnall late in the afternoon yesterday, Monday, April 17.
A spokesperson for South Yorkshire Police said the activity was ‘part of a pre-planned operation’. They added that they were unable to share any further information at this stage.
