Sheffield Wednesday: Lucas Joao turns key man for Owls
The striker, who joined the Lancashire club on loan from the Owls at the end of January, is pushing for his first Rovers start after stepping up off the bench and grabbing a brace in Saturday’s draw with managerless Norwich City.
All three of Joao’s appearances in Blackburn colours have come as a substitute.

Fulham edged closer to the Owls after an impressive 3-1 success at Newcastle United. Teenage full-back Ryan Sessegnon netted a brace and Tom Cairney was also on target as the Cottagers stretched their unbeaten league run to seven matches. Victory over Blackburn will see Fulham move above Wednesday into sixth.
