A person has died in an early morning incident at a Doncaster area railway station this morning.
British Transport Police were called at 5.15am to Bentley railway station following a report of a casualty on the tracks.
A spokesman said: “Officers attended but sadly a person died at the scene.
"The incident is not being treated as suspicious and a report will be prepared for the coroner.”
The station is open and all lines have now reopened following the incident.
