In a new UK-wide initiative to reduce food wastage by encouraging families to cook together, MasterChef finalist Emma Spitzer has released free recipes for the top 25 dishes children should be able to cook by the age of 11.
The list was compiled by Samsung in a new study to launch the Family Hub Refrigerator.
The top 25 dishes to teach your children are:
