Belles sit bottom of FAWSL1 having lost their opening three games of the season against Chelsea, Manchester City and Birmingham City.
Harris guided Doncaster to promotion back to the top flight in his first season in charge of the club.
Belles could announce their new manager on Tuesday but are awaiting FA clearance.
