Woman arrested on suspicion of murder after man, 38, dies from serious injuries in Barnsley this morning

Police were called to an address in Springwood Road in the Hoyland area at 6.30am today (May 6) where a man was found with lethal injuries.

Sadly, the male, 38, was pronounced dead at the scene. HIs family has been informed and is being supported by specially trained officers.

Now, a 48-year-old woman has been arrested on suspicion of murder and remains in custody.
