Sheffield Crown Court heard on January 12 how Kristy Dobson, aged 40, of St Leonard’s Lane, Eastwood, Rotherham, had previously been given seven-months of custody suspended for 18 months after committing an offence of assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
Richard Davies, prosecuting, said Dobson subsequently failed to comply with two telephone reporting commitments in July in connection with a Rehabilitation Activty Requirement linked to her suspended sentence.

Hide AdDaniel Penman, defending, said Dobson has since complied with her suspended sentence order by attending all her appointments including a Respectful Relationships Programme.
Recorder Felicity Davies warned Dobson she must comply with her suspended sentence to avoid custody.
She imposed a further two Rehabilitation Activity Requirement days to Dobson’s continuing suspended sentence and she ordered her to pay £75 costs.
