Ihtishaam was found with a large quantity of money and a knife in his possession. The glove box compartment contained a bag full of individually sealed Class B cannabis wraps.
Mohammed also had several wraps of cannabis on him and DNA found at the scene led officers to locate the suspects.
Both men have been sentenced to five years.
Acting Sergeant Mark Cope explained how his officers managed to obtain evidence against the pair.
He said: “Our officers PC Gourdin and PC Meakin were able to work with our forensics team to secure vital evidence and ensure both men were brought before the courts.
