Police have named and released a photo of a man they want to speak to over stalking and strangulation offences.

Milan Roper, aged 20, is wanted in connection with alleged non-fatal strangulation, malicious communications and stalking offences in Barnely, which were reported to South Yorkshire Police in October last year.
