Crack cocaine was seized and an arrest was made when police officers raided a house on a Sheffield estate.

They struck at a property in Southey earlier this week and said the raid was organised as part of the continued ‘fight against organised crime’.

A suspect was arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs.

South Yorkshire Police said work is under way to secure a closure order for the property to provide ‘some peace to local residents’.
