ROTHERHAM United's Carling Cup heroes have had the importance of "staying grounded" stressed to them as they return to the stark reality of League Two this weekend.
They are away to Dagenham and Redbridge and Millers manager Mark Robins said it is the sort of trip that should get everybody back down to earth quickly.
"It was great again for everyone on Tuesday night and everybody was on a high after we beat S
outhampton," said Robins.
"We look forward to the draw and the next round and we are proud to be representing this region as its last survivors but that really has to go into the background now.
"It is important we are grounded. We come up against a difficult team on Saturday, one that has had a good start to the season, and we have to be back on the ground and be focused on that particular job.
"Our next task is getting back to zero points and it would be the perfect end to a great week."
There are no fresh injury worries but right back Mark Lynch is out again with a shoulder injury.
Rotherham Reserves were beaten 2-0 by Scunthorpe's second string at the Don Valley Stadium last night.
