Sheffield Houses: Five bedroom mega-home in 'enviable corner' of Fulwood being sold for £750,000

The property dates back to the 1920s and is incredibly bright on the inside.

A five bedroom mega-home in an "enviable corner" of one of Sheffield's most expensive neighbourhoods has been listed for sale for £750,000.

The Stumperlowe Park Road property dates back to the 1920s and has retained the period charm and character, whilst the interior has been carefully modernised over time.

According to the listing on Zoopla, the accommodation is set over three floors. The ground floor consists of the bright living room, the dining room and the modern kitchen. There is also a w.c. near the main entrance.

Three of the five bedrooms are found on the first floor. Looking at the property floorplan, these appear to be the largest in the property, with the two on the second floor slightly smaller.

Nonetheless, all five bedrooms are large enough for double beds. A four-piece family bathroom is found in the corner of the first floor.

Pictures of the rear garden show how it terrifically captures the sun in summer months. It looks very private, with large hedges preventing any nosey neighbours seeing into the detached property.
