£4m is not such a Princely amount
PRINCE Naseem is still waiting for a buyer for his £4 million Castle Dyke House but according to his estate agent Nick Riddle it's a bargain.

He reckons that per square foot the mansion on Ringinglow Road is CHEAPER than a semi on nearby Ecclesall
Road South.

Nick, a director for agents ELR explains: "Castle Dyke is 200,000 square feet which works out at £200 per square foot.

"The average semi on Ecclesall Road South is between £230 and £280 a square foot."

Mind you, Castle Dyke does have the edge over Ecclesall Road – such as nine bedrooms, gym, billiards room, gun room, swimming pool and 10 acres of land.

Must love moths
IS this one for the RSPCA? Doncaster Naturalists weren't in a very friendly mood on their Mystical Moth Night down at Intake on Saturday.

They were told to "bring a torch and insect repellent!"
