LAWYERS from Sheffield have played a key role in the £100 million sale of some of a Finnish company's operations in England and Ireland.
Corporate lawyers from DLA Piper's Sheffield office acted for Finnish-based global pipe systems specialists Uponor Corporation, which was selling its infrastructure business in Derbyshire, County Durham and North and South of the border in Ireland.
