80 new jobs at Sheffield call centre to help people 'get their careers back on track'

EC Outsourcing says it is offering anyone who has lost their job due to the pandemic the chance to ‘get their careers back on track’.
The firm already has 80 salespeople in Dearing House on Young Street near The Moor.

The business opened in Sheffield in September after taking enough space for 250 people.
Bosses now say that due to the outbreak people can either work in the office or from home.
A spokesman said: “We've been operating in Sheffield for around eight months now and currently employ 80 people doing outbound sales for a number of our clients.

Hide Ad“We have had some good news from a couple of our clients who are looking to grow their campaigns meaning we are going to be creating another 80 jobs within the next three months.

EC has clients in energy, gaming and finance.
Customers include ESB Energy, owned by the Irish government, which is the main electricity and gas supplier in Ireland, supplying more than 1.4m customers.
Privately-owned EC, which was founded in 2013, is headquartered in Boldon, Tyne and Wear.
