All White for summer Snow
Wentworth Castle Gardens, Barnsley, hosts an open-air production of Snow White on Friday, the latest summer offering from al fresco theatre specialists Chapterhouse Theatre Company.
It may seem like a curious choice for the middle of summer, but in the hands of writer Laura Turner, Snow White takes on a new life.

“Being involved in The Worst Witch was an amazing experience, especially as I got to play a character with such a mean side to her, which was loads of fun,” she adds.
Snow White is the final of the Chapterhouse shows in South Yorkshire, having brought Sense & Sensibility, The Taming Of The Shrew and A Midsumemr Nights Dream to Wentworth and Renishaw.
