Where there's a will there's a way
Jayne, of The Quadrant, Totley, Sheffield grew concerned about the validity of the wills and her power of attorney after Willmakers of Distinction, of Lincoln, ceased trading.
She said: "Mum and dad spent over 400 on having the wills drawn up, storage fees and setting up me as executor. I'm worried that none of that is now valid."

Hide AdBRIAN McMillan, director of The Society of Willwriters, said as long as the wills were witnessed, signed and dated correctly they would still be valid.
There had been no known reports of problems with wills written by Willmakers of Distinction, he added.
But anyone with concerns could send them to the society for a free check and written report.
