Veteran Premier League striker Glenn Murray, contracted to Brighton, has made the switch to Nottingham Forest on loan after an unsuccessful time at Watford in the first half of the season.
It was reported last month that Murray had been sent to train with the club’s youngsters and that a January switch to the Championship was always likely.

The move reunites Murray with his former Seagulls boss Chris Hughton, with whom he is known to have a good relationship.
The Owls are four points behind 21st placed Forest with a game in hand in the survival dogfight.
