Hide AdChansiri has come under fire after the club were slapped with an initial 12 point deduction last summer for its botched handling of the sale of Hillsborough stadium to another company launched in Chansiri’s name. That deduction was later halved to six points on appeal.
Ultimately Wednesday were relegated bottom of the Championship table in the 2020/21 season, three points shy of safety.
The attention of many now turns to the future, where the club face a major rebuilding process heading into League One. Asked what Chansiri should consider going forward, around two in five supporters (42.2%) who completed the survey said they thought he should look to sell the club.
Some 68.6% of fans would like to see Chansiri hire a CEO to assist with the club day-to-day running of the club itself, while 59.1% would like to see him hire a Director of Football to assist with football operations.
