Rotherham United goalkeeper makes bold pledge for next season
Vickers has penned a fresh two-year deal after his short-term contract expired at the end of last season.
The 25-year-old joined the Millers in November, having been on trial last pre-season, but he did not make a first-team appearance.

Hide AdHowever, with loanee Jamal Blackman heading back to Chelsea, Vickers will now push his Swedish team-mate for a spot in boss Paul Warne's side.
“I’m delighted, I had a year here last season to get to know everyone and it was a no-brainer for me to sign a new deal with the club,” Vickers said.
“Me and Andy (Warrington) worked really well together at Lincoln and I was fortunate enough to be given the chance to work with him again here.
“Obviously it helps knowing someone and when you enjoy working with them it can bring the best out of you, so it is a massive plus.

“That can only help people perform better each day. I’m looking forward to working with Viktor again and we’re going to push each other this year and see what happens.”
Meanwhile Millers winger Chiedozie Ogbene was named on the bench for Ireland's friendly with Andorra in Barcelona, having received a maiden call-up.
Stephen Kenny’s side will then travel to take on Hungary at the Szusza Ferenc Stadion, Budapest on Tuesday before as part of their preparations for the World Cup qualifer with
Azerbaijan in September.
