Good cop, bad cop? Ariyibi reveals what Wilson and Morgan are actually like
The young winger has been a mainstay of Wilson’s side in the past 11 months, and by his own admittance he hasn’t had the best spell in the first half of the season.
But the manager’s backing is helping Ariyibi to maintain his self belief.

“You get different managers who won’t always back you, but that’s one thing that has given me confidence. The staff and everyone around have been good.”
Wilson often says he’s not one for shouting the odds in the changing room but he is known to be a straight talker.
Ariyibi welcomes a forthright approach, even when it comes in the perhaps even gruffer form of assistant manager Chris Morgan.

“But he makes you relax at the same time, tells you what you’re good at and not good at.”
“Morgan is probably a bit more firm but he helps you a lot, shows you DVDs. He’s not as bad as people might think.
“They’re both great.”
Ariyibi and Chesterfield play host to in-form Sheffield United tomorrow live on Sky.
