“In Reading and Queens Park Rangers, we have a big chance for a good performance and also we play at home, our challenge is to win and we need the points,” said Struber.
“Every game is very important, and more so when we play at home when our fans support us.
“We will create three points, a good performance that all the fans when they go home can say ‘we are very proud’. Tomorrow we must work very hard.

Against Blackburn and Cardiff, the Tykes have conceded late goals to lose 3-2.
Struber knows a strong mentality is needed to consistently put points on the board.
“This is coaching, a kind of communication with the boys, and also learning in the game,” he said.
