The Sheffield football club where it's not all about results
But one Sheffield club is seeking to change that by placing youngsters' enjoyment of the game above the need to perform.
Chapeltown Athletic Junior Football Club, which plays its home games at Ecclesfield School, adheres to the refreshing ethos that 'football is fun' - a motto emblazoned on its club crest.

Youngsters are guaranteed at least 10 halves of football a season and no players have to wait on the sidelines throughout an entire game.
Club secretary Christine Evans said: "We believe everyone should be able to play football in a safe and happy environment, regardless of their ability."
The club's friendly approach extends beyond the pitch, with players encouraged to do their bit in the community like organising collections for the local foodbank or raising money for Sheffield Children's Hospital.

The sponsored walk made around £1,000 towards the club's running costs, which will help keep the price of subs low as part of its commitment to making the sport open to all.
