South Yorkshire detectives take over investigation into murder of Rotherham man
South Yorkshire detectives have taken over the probe into the murder of a Rotherham man found dumped on moorland near Sheffield.
The investigation was launched by Derbyshire Police after a body was discovered near to the Woodhead Tunnels, off the A638, near the Sheffield border, at 11am on Monday.
It was established that the murder victim was a 34-year-old Rotherham man, but he has not yet been named.
