Sheffield hospital phone lines back on after flooding problems
Connection problems with some lines to the Royal Hallamshire Hospital started on Monday.
Sheffield Children’s Hospital and South Yorkshire Police were also affected.

Hide AdAdditional switchboard staff were brought in to help while engineers repaired damage at both Vodafone and BT systems, based in Leeds.
Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust has now confirmed that the lines are up and working again.
“Thank you to everyone who was so patient yesterday when calling switchboard and to our fantastic switchboard teams who handled the situation so well,” said a trust spokesman.
