Hide AdWell, don’t worry – there’s a festive slant to the reason why the city centre’s most famous building is currently shut off from view.
And that’s because of an event that is taking place this Sunday.
The Angels Are Coming will be held on December 8 from 6pm to 11pm and the fences are in preparation for that particular event.
So what’s going on?
Well, according to Sheffield Cathedral, the building is being ‘transformed in a way you have never seen before.’
