Eight-year-old Hollie and six-year-old Isabelle Bramall, from Eckington, will start their journey next week, running a mile at a time around different football grounds in the region until they reach the distance between Sheffield and Leeds, where one-year-old Jorgie was treated.
Jorgie was born with a hole in her heart and needed open heart surgery on July 10, with mum Donna the only one allowed to see her for the nine days she was in hospital.

Hollie, Isabelle and Jorgie’s aunty, Karen Bramall, said the whole family was ‘so proud’ of the girls.
She said: “We are so proud that they wanted to do it. A mile at a time is a long way for kids their age.
“Because of coronavirus Hollie and Isabelle and their dad couldn’t see her until she came home but the surgery went very well and Jorgia is really thriving.

“Also, the Children's Heart Surgery Fund who support families with children undergoing heart surgery, provided a room within the hospital for Donna to stay in while she was in the high-dependency unit and presented Jorgie with a Katie bear, medal and certificate after surgery."
The girls will start their journey next Monday at Sheffield United’s Bramall Lane ground, and will also be running at Doncaster’s Keepmoat stadium and Stocksbridge’s Look Local pitch.
The club has also offered them tickets for a Sheffield United game next season, which they will be raffling off via their fundraising page along with a host of other top prizes.
