Man 'acting suspiciously' arrested after spending HOURS sitting on a roof in Sheffield

A man who was found sitting on the roof of a Sheffield house has been arrested on suspicion of affray.
At around 8.50pm yesterday, officers received reports of a man acting suspiciously on Richmond Road.
Officers attended the scene and found the man had climbed onto the roof of a property.

Hide AdEmergency services attended as well as police negotiators who remained at the scene for a number of hours.
The 29-year-old man, who was wanted on recall to prison, was arrested on suspicion of affray and was returned to prison.
