LATEST: Store evacuated in Sheffield city centre was 'false alarm'
South Yorkshire Police said officers were called to BrightHouse in The Moor at around 1pm.
However, she said no action was taken and it is believed to have been a false alarm. She said the incident was over by around 2pm.

Hide AdOne employee said the homeware discount store was evacuated after 'some idiot said he'd put something down the back of a sofa'.
He refused to give any further details about the nature of the item and said the manager was inside the store at the time.
There was no one visible within the store through the windows, nor was there any sign of police activity inside, during the evacuation.
