Hudson falls away after early progress
Lying joint third after rounds of 70 and 73 left her three under par, Hudson had a disastrous third round of 82, nine over par, in extremely difficult windy conditions on Saturday which affected all the field and she dropped well down the field at six over. Her final round yesterday was a three over par 76 to finish on 301
World No 1 Lorena Ochoa claimed her first major title and became the first woman to win a professional title on the Old Course.

Hide AdWoods became the first player in PGA Tour history to win the same event three consecutive times on two separate occasions.
Woods came from a shot behind in the final round, carding a bogey-free five under par 65, to blow away the field in intermittent rain and win the WGC Bridgestone Invitational at Firestone Country Club.
