Hospital parking
I am appalled at the thought that cancer patients who are facing a life-threatening disease will have to think about finding money for parking on top of everything else.
My uncle underwent radiotherapy in April which involved 17 visits, not counting future outpatient appointments – 15 treatments and two consultations.

We often had to queue down the main road before getting a parking space.
The car park was always manned to stop the few people who abuse the car park spoiling it for the genuine patients.
Couldn’t they show their appointment letters or treatment schedules to the attendant?
I would love to hear your views or the hospital’s on this solution.
