Free computer and internet workshops at Thorne library
SilenceBreaker Media is running the DIY Computing project where local residents can access personalised and flexible learning through twelve three-hour workshops at Thorne Library, The Vermuyden Centre, Field Side, Thorne. The workshops start on April 8, running every Friday, 2-5pm.
Attendees of the course will be upskilled in computer and internet basics, with opportunity to learn about computer repair and maintenance, software, hardware and social media.

We are looking forward to creating a long-term connection in Thorne and engaging local people in technology upskilling.”
