Floral tribute to Lost Chord
The Sheffield church regularly donates to the South Yorkshire charity, that provides vital interactive music experiences for people living with dementia in care homes and day centres across the region. As part of the church’s Centenary Flower Festival recently, the church’s music group decided to create a special floral tribute to celebrate the work of the charity.
Lost Chord chief executive Helena Muller said: “The magnificent display they created on the alter of St Joseph’s depicted a treble clef - the Lost Chord symbol - and below that a keyboard in red and white carnations which was very skilfully and imaginatively executed by floral arranger Susan Parker.
