Detectives rule out links between fatal shooting in Sheffield and other gun attacks
Assel Al-Essaie, aged 23, was shot in his chest as he arrived at a family gathering Daniel Hill, Upperthorpe, to celebrate his twin sister's engagement.
He was rushed to the Northern General Hospital for treatment but could not be saved.

Hide AdAssel was shot in broad daylight at around 1.35am on Saturday, shocking terrified local residents.
His killer has not yet been caught.
A 30-year-old man arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit murder has been bailed pending further enquiries.
The shooting came five days after a 25-year-old man was shot in his chest in the middle of Butterthwaite Road, Shiregreen.
He was rushed to hospital but survived the attack.
Detectives working on the murder case say no links to any previous shootings have been found at this stage.

Hide AdDetective Chief Inspector Steve Whittaker said: "Detectives and local officers have been working relentlessly over the last few days to gather as much information as they can about this incident.
"We're aware that firearms incidents raise concerns among communities, understandably so, but I want to offer my reassurances to the public that we are doing everything possible to determine the exact circumstances.
"We are aware that there are growing concerns in the local community and across Sheffield following a number of separate reported shootings.
"At this stage in our investigation, we don't believe the murder of Mr Al-Essaie is linked to any other reports in Sheffield but we will of course explore every available line of enquiry.
