1. Matthew Herring
Pictured is Matthew Herring, aged 23, formerly of Abney Road, Sheffield, who has been sentenced to 14 years of custody after he pleaded guilty to possessing a firearm with intent to endanger life and to participating in an organised crime group. 2. Glen Marsh
Glen Marsh, aged 48, of Greenway Drive, Sheffield, has been jailed after he assaulted a police officer, threatened a worker while armed with a knife and defecated in a police cell.

3. Ricky Hobson, Richard Savage and Jaheed Rahman
Richard Savage (pictured centre) forced his way into a property in Clater's Close, Retford, with an imitation machine gun and threatened to shoot the five people inside unless money was paid to clear part of an alleged drug debt.
Savage, 41, of Masbrough Street, Rotherham, pleaded guilty to aggravated burglary, conspiracy to blackmail, and possessing an imitation firearm with intent to cause fear of violence. He was sentenced to nine years and six months in prison. Ricky Hobson, 27, (pictured left) of Brampton Meadows, Rotherham, pleaded guilty to burglary and theft and was jailed for 22 months at a previous hearing.

4. Paul Andrew Degenhart
Paul Andrew Degenhart was sentenced to 31 years in prison, plus a further three years on licence, after abusing four children, who cannot be named for legal reasons, in Sheffield in the 1980s and 1990s.
The 48-year-old, formerly of Raeburn Road, Sheffield, was found guilty of 33 child sexual offences following a trial at Sheffield Crown Court in October 2020.
