Sheffield Magistrates’ Court heard on February 13 how Darryl Dunning, 40, of The Parade, at Rawmarsh, Rotherham, had been taken to Rotherham District General Hospital in December by police concerned for his welfare but he became abusive and was arrested.
Mark Hughes, prosecuting, said that when Dunning was initially due to appear at Sheffield Magistrates’ Court in January he was found in a drunken state again and his case had to be adjourned and he became abusive to police.
