Sheffield Magistrates’ Court heard on January 2 how Phillip Thomas James Anderson, aged 31, of Buchanan Road, Sheffield, has breached his bail conditions by going to the woman's home and by phoning and messaging her.
Emily King, prosecuting, said the defendant originally appeared in court in December concerning an assault upon the female complainant and he was bailed pending a further hearing.
