Sheffield man breached order not to contact mum with phone calls and Facebook messages

Jake Anthony Crowder, aged 33, of Wolseley Road, Heeley, breached a restraining order by contacting his mother which he is banned from doing, according to a Sheffield Magistrates’ Court hearing, on December 11.
Rob Coyne, prosecuting, said Crowder contacted his mother in November with phone calls and Facebook messages.

Hide AdCrowder, who has drug issues, admitted breaching the order and to damaging a cell floor and a sink during incidents while he was previously at the court. He also admitted breaching a previously imposed suspended prison sentence.
Matt Hague, defending, said there has been an improvement in Crowder's behaviour and compliance.
District Judge Naomi Redhouse warned Crowder he was close to going to prison. He received a 12-month community order with a rehabilitation requirement, a four-week curfew and a 12-month restraining order starting at the end of his current order.
