They raided a house in Holme Lane, Hillsborough, and found 300 cannabis plants and a number of bags of cropped cannabis.
The value of the plants and drugs seized is estimated to be £320,000.
Two men have since been charged.

Hide AdSergeant Simon Kirkham said the drug seizures will have ‘hurt someone's business model’.
He added: “The electrics were bypassed and were dangerous.
“Both those arrested have been charged and remanded before appearing at court for offences under the Misuse of Drugs Act.
“The Walkley and Hillsborough team was established in February 2020 straight into the teeth of a global pandemic. It has remained providing a policing footprint in this area ever since, seizing more than £3.2 million worth of cannabis from similar grows and sending three people to prison so far.
“The support from the community has been excellent and genuinely makes a difference.”
