A man has appeared in court in Sheffield over a spate of distraction burglaries.
Felix Hanrahan, aged 40 and formerly of Firth Crescent, Doncaster, is accused of a three burglaries in Barnsley in which cash was stolen after householders were distracted.
Two offences were committed in Wombwell on April 17 and 20 and one was in Pogmore on April 23.

Hide AdHanrahan appeared before Sheffield magistrates today and was remanded in custody to appear before Sheffield Crown Court on Thursday, June 11.
