A man was assaulted during a street robbery in which his attacker demanded cash.
The 25-year-old was targeted on Main Street, Darnall, at around 5.40am on Saturday, July 31.
He suffered a head injury in the ambush.
South Yorkshire Police said: “It is reported that the victim, 25-year-old man, was walking in Main Street when he was approached by an unknown man who demanded he hand over money.
