Man arrested after dad-of-three dies following South Yorkshire Police chase crash

The 18-year-old was arrested on Tuesday on suspicion on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving, causing serious injury by dangerous driving and causing death while disqualified, while uninsured and while unlicensed.
He was also held on suspicion of driving while disqualified and without insurance, and causing criminal damage before being bailed.

Hide AdThe arrest follows a collision in Grimethorpe, Barnsley, at 5.55pm on May 2 when a black Peugeot was being pursued by South Yorkshire Police.
Officers attempted to get the driver of the car to stop but he refused to pull over and was then involved in a crash with a silver Ford at the junction of Park Road and Brierley Road.
The front seat passenger of the Peugeot, 51-year-old Tze Chun Tsang, suffered life-threatening injuries and later died.
Three other occupants in the car fled.
The occupants of the Ford escaped with minor injuries.
