Latest stabbing in Sheffield leaves detectives with three knife crime murders to solve

Jordan Marples-Douglas, aged 23, was stabbed to death in a house on Woodthorpe Road, Woodthorpe, on Friday, March 6.
Paramedics battled to revive him but he could not be saved and was pronounced dead at the scene.
No arrests have yet been made.

Hide AdDetectives in Sheffield now have three knife crime murder enquiries running in the city at the same time.
They are still investigating the murder of Isaiah Usen-Satchell, 18, who was stabbed to death close to his home in Norfolk Park in the early hours of New Year’s Day.
Five Rotherham men have been arrested over the stabbing but nobody has yet been charged.
Detectives are also still investigating the murder of 21-year-old Kavan Brissett, who was stabbed off Langsett Walk, Upperthorpe, in August 2018.

Hide AdHe underwent emergency surgery but died in hospital four days later.
Four men – Derice Cohen and Ethan Hallows, both 18; Travis O’Grady, 19 and Jason Baker, 29 – have been charged with conspiracy to commit robbery as part of the police investigation into the stabbing, but nobody has been charged over the death.
Detectives investigating the murder are searching for 30-year-old Ahmed Farrah, who is believed to hold vital information about the stabbing.
Farrah, who is also known as ‘Reggie’ and has links to Broomhall, is said to know he is wanted for questioning and is believed to be deliberately evading arrest.
