Doncaster Magistrates’ Court heard today, July 6, how Ricky Lee Twardowski, of no fixed abode, aged 36, threw a brick at Doncaster Borough Council office windows on May 18.
John Kavanagh, prosecuting, said Twardowski was living at an accommodation and was experiencing thefts and he and others reported them but because of the nature of the offences police were not getting very far.

Twardowski pleaded guilty to causing the damage.
He said he had stayed at the scene and had not wanted to cause further distress.
Twardowski was sentenced to six weeks of custody but because he has been remanded in custody he was told he would be released.
