You will be able to try dishes from Mexico to Thailand and West Africa to Vietnam at the new venue opening in May
It’s now less than five weeks until what is said to be Europe’s largest purpose-built food hall opens in Sheffield city centre.
More than half the food vendors who will be based at Cambridge Street Collective, across the street from the old John Lewis store, have now been announced.
Diners will be able to try dishes from across the globe, from Mexico to Thailand and West Africa to Vietnam, at the cavernous venue with space for 1,200 diners.
Eleven of the 20 food vendors have now been confirmed and you can find them all below, with details of the dishes they will be serving. The remaining traders are due to be announced over the coming weeks. As well as the 20 kitchens serving global street food, the new food hall will have four bars, rooftop terraces and a cookery school.
It will also boast a games room, a children’s play area, a Japanese-focused bar and a separate dining experience offering sushi and Korean BBQ.
Tiny Shop has been described as the 'best bubble tea shop in Sheffield'. It first opened at New Era Square back in 2019 and is now coming to Cambridge Street Collective. It uses tea leaves to brew the drinks and only includes 'premium ingredients'. Bubble tea, which originates from Taiwan, blends black tea, milk, and syrup, with customers able to customise their drinks by selecting the ice and sugar levels and choosing from toppings such as chewy tapioca, popping balls, jelly, and more. Tiny Shop also offers fresh blended fruit tea, infused with an array of fruits such as strawberry, grape, and melon. It combines these natural flavors with tea bases such as black, jasmine, oolong, or matcha to offer variety. Photo: Cambridge Street Collective/Tiny Shop

Gyros Express is the latest venture from Efi and Spiros, the duo behind other venues including the popular Greek Gods' Cuisine at Cutlery Works. They launched the business after struggling to find authentic Greek food in Sheffield while studying in the city. Diners can look forward to dishes including 'mouthwatering' chicken gyros, wrapped in warm pita bread and topped with crisp vegetables and creamy tzatziki sauce, and delicious sausages infused with a 'harmonious' blend of spices and herbs.
