Texts inviting people to book a vaccination were sent to those aged 33 on Saturday and those aged 32 from today (Monday, May 24).
However, the progress of the vaccine rollout varies in different areas. This is due to a number of factors, including the number of people within different age groups.

People aged 25 and over in both the S2 and S8 postcodes have been offered their first dose, it has been confirmed to The Star.
Nationally, more than four in 10 adults have had both doses, meaning they have maximum protection from the virus.
Since the booking service opened for people under 40 just over a week ago, 2.6 million more bookings have already been made.

Nobody needs to contact the NHS and people will be told to rebook if they need to.
When invited, people will be able to book at one of the vaccination centre, pharmacy or general practice sites across the country that are available through the national booking service.
Text invitations appear as an alert from ‘NHSvaccine’, including a web link to the NHS website to reserve an appointment.
