A DIY fanatic put his skills to good use to help his street show its support for NHS staff on the frontline of the battle against coronavirus.
Paul Nowak transformed an old pallet into a colourful heart statue, which he placed outside the front of his house in Handsworth for neighbours to add their messages of support to health workers.
Paul, who works as a deputy manager for Aldi, previously made the headlines after crafting a stylish garden bar out of old pallets.
